- Heart rateFaith Steps uses this Health data only for app features such as daily step progress, active prayer walk metrics, and completed walk summaries.If you allow write access, Faith Steps saves completed prayer walks as walking workouts in Apple Health. Saved workouts may include walk start time, duration, distance, and Faith Steps metadata such as prayer count and verse reference.Faith Steps does not sell Apple Health data, use Apple Health data for advertising, or share Apple Health data with third parties.Prayer Walk History and Reflection NotesFaith Steps saves completed prayer walks locally on your device. A saved walk may include:- Date

- Steps
- Distance
- Prayer count
- Verse reference
- Optional reflection note, if you choose to write oneReflection notes are stored locally on your device as part of your prayer walk history. Do not enter information you do not want stored on your device.App SettingsFaith Steps may save app preferences locally on your device, including:- Daily step goal

- Selected guided prayer walk mode
- Selected visual theme
- Walk reminder settings
- Favorite verse references
- Premium entitlement status from the App StoreHow Information Is StoredFaith Steps stores prayer walk history, reflection notes, favorite verse references, reminder settings, and app preferences locally on your device using device storage.Faith Steps does not require an account, does not operate a backend server, and does not upload your prayer walk history, reflection notes, Apple Health data, or app settings to the developer.Apple Watch ConnectivityFaith Steps includes an Apple Watch app. If the Watch app is installed and reachable, the iPhone app may send current prayer walk state to your paired Apple Watch, including:- Active or paused walk state
- Elapsed duration
- Steps
- Prayer count
- Distance
- Active minutes
- Heart rate, if available
- Guided prayer walk mode
- Current guided prompt progress
- Verse referenceThis information is sent only between your iPhone and your paired Apple Watch through Apple’s Watch Connectivity framework. Faith Steps does not use Apple Watch sync information for advertising or tracking.NotificationsFaith Steps may request notification permission if you enable prayer walk reminders. Reminder notifications are scheduled locally on your device and are used only to remind you about prayer walks.If you deny or revoke notification access, reminders may not be delivered.Sharing of InformationFaith Steps does not sell your information.Faith Steps does not share Apple Health data, prayer walk history, reflection notes, or Apple Watch sync information with third parties.Faith Steps does not use Health data, prayer walk history, reflection notes, or journal content for advertising, marketing, profiling, or third-party tracking.Tracking and AdvertisingFaith Steps does not include advertising.Faith Steps does not track you across apps or websites owned by other companies.Faith Steps does not use Apple Health data, prayer walk history, reflection notes, or journal content for targeted advertising.## Permissions and User ChoicesFaith Steps requests Apple Health permission so it can read movement and heart-rate metrics and save completed prayer walks as workouts when you allow write access.You can grant, deny, or revoke Health permissions in the Apple Health app or iOS Settings. If you deny or revoke Health access, Faith Steps will still open, but Health-based metrics may show as unavailable or zero.You can manage notification permissions in iOS Settings.Data Retention and DeletionPrayer walk history, reflection notes, favorite verses, reminders, and app settings remain on your device unless you delete them, reset app data if such a feature is available, or delete the app.Deleting Faith Steps from your device removes locally stored app data according to iOS app deletion behavior.Apple Health data remains managed by Apple Health and is not deleted when you delete Faith Steps. You can manage Health permissions and Health data in the Apple Health app or iOS Settings.Children’s PrivacyFaith Steps does not require an account and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.Medical DisclaimerFaith Steps is for personal prayer, reflection, and activity tracking.
